Termini e condizioni

In our store, prices are quoted in euros (EUR) excluding VAT; the conversion into U.S. dollars (USD) is updated frequently, but exchange rates may vary slightly due to continuous currency fluctuations. Our prices do not include import duties or other customs charges payable at foreign customs offices.

VAT is chargeable on all private individuals resident in Italy and on customers resident within the European Community who do not hold a Community VAT number.
Customers outside the European Community are exempt from VAT.
Customers within the European Community who do hold a Community VAT number must notify us in advance; such orders will be shipped exempt of VAT, and the customer will be responsible for paying any national VAT in the destination country.

Purchase Methods

Tabularasa’s online shop offers three ways to place an order:

Immediate payment by credit card (we accept Visa, AmEx, Diners, Mastercard, PayPal)
Pro forma order with payment by bank transfer
Cash on delivery (available only within Italy)

All methods require the customer’s confirmation of the order; only a timely cancellation will void the commitment. If the product is unavailable and three business days elapse without shipment, the customer may request cancellation of the order and a refund of any payment already made.
